This role involves consulting with clients to assess their insurance needs, presenting suitable coverage options, and closing sales for personal and commercial lines. The producer will manage policy renewals, process changes, and maintain accurate client records while following regulatory and company guidelines. Daily responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, providing proactive customer service, and participating in community outreach and networking activities to generate new business. The role also requires collaboration with team members to support agency goals and uphold a professional, ethical standard in all client interactions. Qualifications Strong Insurance Sales and Insurance product knowledge skills, with the ability to explain coverage options clearly and accurately. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and resolve concerns effectively. Understanding of Employee Benefits and related insurance products to advise small businesses and individuals as needed. Active state insurance license (or ability to obtain one within a designated timeframe); prior experience in an agency or brokerage environment is preferred. Proficiency with basic office software and agency management systems; strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work a hybrid role maintain confidentiality, and adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements. High school diploma or equivalent required; and Licensed in Michigan with their P/C required . Health/Life licensed preferred.
