Our company is growing fast and that means you’ll find many opportunities to put your talents to work and take on expanding leadership roles.As the Service Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned service engagements, guiding each project from sale through turnover. You will coordinate customers, contractors, vendors, and internal partners while using problem-solving and technical knowledge to keep scope, schedule, cost, and communication on track. **WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING*** Own the service lifecycle from vendor purchase-order generation through job closeout.* Coordinate with Sales, vendors, contractors, customers, and internal partners to align requirements, timing, and deliverables.* Serve as the primary customer-facing contact, provide proactive status updates, and resolve routine customer issues within established guidelines.* Track project activity, identify risks and trends, and maintain detailed service documentation.* Collaborate with vendors and contractors to support timely service delivery.* Manage and document routine change orders within defined authority limits, escalating non-routine or higher-risk changes when needed.* Review and resolve routine invoice discrepancies and adjustments; escalate complex issues appropriately.* Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex service issues using process and product knowledge.* Document service calls, product questions, and field issues, and proactively monitor accounts and projects to prevent delays.* Identify process-improvement opportunities and partner with more senior Service Specialists on implementation. **WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE*** 2-4 years of relevant work experience.* Associate degree or equivalent years of job experience.* Strong customer service, communication, initiative, professionalism, quality, and productivity skills.* Ability to problem solve independently within established guidelines.* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Excel, and project-management software such as Procore is preferred. **SOME THINGS WE THINK YOU SHOULD KNOW*** **Location:** Schofield, WI* **Work Arrangement:** Hybrid, 3 days in office/2 remote **COMPENSATION & BENEFITS**Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total rewards program. The starting base pay range for this position is $56,474-$69,762 and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
