What You Will Do * Drive sales initiatives by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the government sector. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored proposals and RFP responses that meet client needs. * Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and report on performance metrics. * Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. * Present solutions to clients, articulating value propositions effectively to secure contracts. * Participate in strategic planning sessions to enhance sales strategies and improve overall performance. Ideal Candidate Background * 2+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the government or B2B sectors. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. * Strong understanding of the government procurement process and RFP responses. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and teams. Preferred * Experience working with AI technologies or security solutions. * Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms. * Background in project management or strategic consulting. Compensation and Benefits The base salary for this role ranges from $100K to $150K, complemented by competitive equity options.
