A well established metal fabrication company in Hartsville, TN is seeking skilled Welders to join the team. They specialize in precision fabrication and custom metalwork, offering stable, year-round work in a clean, organized, and safety-focused environment.

Welder Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 25.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm)

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metal materials
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and project specifications
• Fit, fabricate, and assemble components according to required tolerances
• Operate shop equipment such as grinders, saws, and torches
• Inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Welder Qualifications:

• 2+ years of welding experience preferred (MIG required; TIG a plus)
• Ability to pass a weld test
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn new skills

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
