Applications Developer II Hourly Range : $43.78/hr - $56.66/hr. What You’ll Do: Develop and maintain SharePoint Online sites and Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Build and update Power Apps (Canvas/Model-driven) and Power Automate flows based on established requirements. Reconstruct or enhance workflow logic previously built in Nintex, using provided mappings and specifications. Implement SharePoint Online components such as lists, libraries, content structures, permissions, and UI customizations. Perform basic to intermediate SPFx development (React/TypeScript) when needed to meet functional requirements. Make iterative updates quickly as feedback is provided by the internal technical lead. Provide development support during migration and stabilization periods. Prepare solution materials and handoff documentation for end‑user ownership. Troubleshoot issues and assist with post‑deployment stabilization. Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule. Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Perform other duties as necessary. Required Education, Experience, & Skills: BS/BA in related field plus 2 or more years related experience. Each higher-level degree, i.e., Master’s Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of experience. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education, U.S. Department of Education. Proficient in SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions, specifically Power Apps and Power Automate. Excellent commitment to customer service. Ability to think analytically, solve problems, make decisions, and collaborate and work with a team. Ability to juggle competing demands and priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills: Experience With Nintex and/or moving from SharePoint on premises to SharePoint Online Experience with databases, cloud computing, SaaS, Gov Cloud, and On‑Premise environments. Experience with Microsoft Power BI and data visualization software. Experience with JSON/HTML/CSS or other software language. Familiarity with Dataverse, Azure Functions, or Logic Apps.
