Growth Marketing Manager

To support a growing e-commerce initiative, the contract Growth Marketing Consultant will own the full digital growth funnel, focusing on customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and cross-selling while working remotely with a preference for candidates in North Carolina. Key responsibilities Own and execute a full-funnel digital growth strategy, managing key performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and MER Lead external performance marketing partners to optimize paid media across various digital platforms Analyze customer journeys and campaign performance to recommend improvements in user experience and promotional planning Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in driving digital growth within a direct-to-consumer or e-commerce organization Proven success in managing performance marketing agencies and scaling paid media Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics, GA4, and business intelligence tools Experience with premium or design-oriented consumer brands in relevant industries Familiarity with Adobe Commerce, Magento, or similar e-commerce platforms is preferred
