What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapist with PREMIER THERAPY, you'll play an important role in helping residents reach their highest level of independence.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans based on their rehabilitation goals.

• Provide skilled physical therapy services focused on improving strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, resident-centered care.

• Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, safety, and strategies for continued progress.

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

• Current Ohio Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.

• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and interpersonal skills.

• A compassionate, patient-centered approach to rehabilitation.

• A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Experience in skilled nursing is a plus, but we welcome Physical Therapists from a variety of clinical backgrounds!
