Cheese Packing Operator

Responsibilities Stage, weigh, and prepare products in accordance with SOPs. Actively monitor the pasteurization process, record data, and ensure accurate chart record controls in compliance with company, state, and federal regulatory requirements. Perform all required analytical testing; report any product deviations to the department supervisor. Follow all allergen protocols. Operate tanks, pumps, and equipment; perform and document equipment clean‑up, CIP/SIP operations, and routine equipment adjustments. Perform safe lift truck operation. Accurately and neatly complete records, system data entry, and documentation. Perform all department environmental controls and product reclaim and rework operations in accordance with reclaim guidelines. Adhere to the Saputo Code of Ethics, actively apply Saputo Company Values and Workplace Climate Policy. Work together as a team. Other duties as required by management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated work experience in food manufacturing, dairy food manufacturing experience preferred. Advanced quality/food safety training and/or certifications is a plus, but not required. Strong math skills. Proficient computer skills, including data entry; SAP a plus. Lift truck certification or ability to obtain certification (Powered Industrial Truck). Ability to operate and understand equipment controls, touch panels, and mechanical operations.
