The role contributes to office performance goals and supports long-term customer relationships.Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day activities within the agency office, supporting team members through coaching and coordination of workflow, contributing to marketing initiatives and outreach within the community, tracking and analyzing business metrics to support growth objectives, and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.Qualifications include demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience, strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting, prior insurance, business, or customer service experience preferred, and the ability to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.Compensation: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearReady to Launch Your Career?We are a growing agency with big dreams and lots of potential.
