Beltone Hearing Care Center, proudly owned and operated by MLM Hearing, LLC, is a nationally recognized leader in hearing healthcare with over 155 clinics across the U.S. We are expanding our Nevada team and seeking a Hearing Instrument Specialist to support our clinics in Las Vegas and Henderson, NV.

What You’ll Do
Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations to determine patient needs
Provide professional recommendations for hearing instruments, accessories, and rehabilitative services
Educate patients on hearing health and support community outreach initiatives
Deliver Beltone’s exclusive Belcare Promise through consistent, high‑quality care
Demonstrate excellent communication skills with patients and colleagues

Required Skills & Qualifications
Current Nevada Hearing Instrument Specialist licensure OR Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) eligible to dispense in Nevada
Minimum 1 year of experience fitting/dispensing hearing instruments (preferred)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
