We’re a locally owned specialty coffee roasting company based in West Palm Beach, dedicated to delivering exceptional, freshly roasted coffee and personalized service to businesses throughout South Florida.

We’re looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative who loves meeting new people, opening doors, and helping businesses elevate their coffee programs.

If you’re motivated by building relationships, earning uncapped commissions, and representing a premium local brand, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Develop new wholesale accounts throughout Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties.
• Prospect restaurants, cafés, hotels, offices, country clubs, medical facilities, and specialty retailers.
• Schedule coffee tastings and product demonstrations.
• Present customized wholesale coffee programs.
• Generate proposals and close new business.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Collaborate with our roasting and operations teams to ensure outstanding customer service.
• Represent our company at networking events, hospitality events, and trade shows.

Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience.
• Hospitality, foodservice, beverage, or coffee industry experience is a must.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a hunter mentality.
• Comfortable making cold calls and visiting businesses daily.
• Organized and able to manage a sales pipeline.
• Valid driver’s license - company vehicle provided

Compensation

• Base salary + uncapped commissions
• Performance bonuses
• Expected first-year earnings: $60,000–$100,000+, based on performance
