AlphaBEST Education Site Director I - Before & After School Program
AlphaBEST: After school is where adventure begins!

Location: Various schools within the Hillsboro School District
Schedule: No Weekends! Monday-Friday, AM shift: 6:00 am - 8:15 am PM shift: 2:00 pm -6:00 pm. (split shift schedule)
Pay & Benefits:
- $24.00-$27.00 (depending on qualifications/experience)

As an AlphaBEST Site Director, you'll be trained to do the following:
- Lead a fun and dedicated team of Guides that deliver excitement to our student Explorers in fitness, the arts, technology, and more!
- Work collaboratively with peers and the Leadership Team to manage all aspects of the program site.
- Train AlphaBEST Guides on how to lead adventurous tasks that ignite children's sense of wonder.
- Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on students' interests and talents.
- Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive relationships among staff, children, parents, and the school are fostered at your program site.
Here's what you'll need:
- Must have a Bachelor's degree (in a related field) or equivalent experience
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by Oregon childcare licensing regulations (CBR #)
- Provide proof of experience as required by OR childcare licensing standards
