Marin Elite Gymnastics Academy (San Rafael) is looking for 1-3 coaches for multiple roles.
- Preschool Coach
- Rec Coach
- Xcel Team Coach
- Level 2/3 Team Coach
- Front Desk/ Customer Service
Ideal candidates are ages 18+ and have 2+ years coaching experience. Those with a background in sports such as dance or cheerleading are still encouraged to apply, as we are willing to train the right person.
Perfect job for a college student or someone who only needs part time work.
Pay: $28/ hour and UP
Hours:
3-15 per week
Shifts:
Preschool M-TH 9am-12pm or 2pm-5pm *or 9-5 on select days
Rec/ Team Coaches M-TH 5pm-830pm
Looking for two or more persons who can coach 1-2 days a week, or one person who is interested in coaching all shifts. Very flexible options!

Marin Elite Gymnastics Academy (MEGA) has been proudly seeing Marin families for 40+ years. We offer a fully equipped facility with all Olympic events including trampoline, tumble track and two double mini trampolines.
Our program includes developmental classes for beginning, intermediate and advanced students. We are also host to competitive gymnastics and a co-ed trampoline team!
Our philosophy comes from teaching the entire 'person' and recognizing that our gymnasts become adults some day in the real world. We know how important our role is is a mentor and coach, and strongly believe in being kind and supportive, while keeping boundaries for respect and safety.
