Staff Security Software Engineer

Setting the technical direction for AI security engineering, the full-time remote Staff Security Software Engineer will define architecture and standards for security tooling, lead AI threat detection initiatives, and provide cross-organizational technical leadership while mentoring team members. Key responsibilities Define architecture and technical strategy for AI security tooling, including adversarial testing and threat detection Lead the design and development of capabilities for production-scale behavioral analysis and anomaly detection Serve as the technical authority on AI security engineering, ensuring integration with product security and cross-team workflows Required qualifications 7-10 years of experience in security software engineering or a closely related discipline with demonstrated technical leadership Expertise in Python engineering, including the design and delivery of production systems at scale Deep knowledge of AI/ML security, including adversarial ML and model security Experience designing security tooling architectures that span multiple teams and systems Strong technical communicator with a track record of aligning engineering and security leadership on architectural direction
