Salary/Pay Range: up to $16/hr including tips ($7.25/hr during training then $12.50/hr after training)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The barista will be responsible for:

• performing shift opening and closing duties as assigned.
• greeting customers taking orders preparing and serving beverages and food items in accordance with established service standards.
• cleaning sanitizing and maintaining the store standards.
• ensuring that proper food handling procedures are followed.
• stocking and replenishing food beverages and utensils as needed.
• ensuring consistent product availability by keeping adequate inventory; communicating shortages as necessary.
• efficiently serving customers by being knowledgeable about offerings.
• assist with various administrative duties including ordering products organizing stockrooms coordinating vendors etc.
• researching and resolving quality and service complaints and/or issues.
• receiving unloading and distributing deliveries.
• some may be scheduled for occasional sign waving shifts
• other duties as assigned.
