About the Role:

Enchanted Oven LLC is looking for a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team in Ann Arbor, MI! If you love the art of baking and take pride in crafting delicious, high-quality goods, this is the perfect opportunity to bring your talents to a place where creativity and craftsmanship are celebrated every day.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods from scratch

Follow and execute recipes with precision while maintaining consistent quality and presentation

Monitor oven temperatures, baking times, and product appearance to ensure optimal results

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in compliance with food safety standards

Manage ingredient inventory, stock rotation, and communicate supply needs to management

Assist with decorating, finishing, and packaging baked products for display and sale

Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and customer demand

Requirements:

Prior experience in a professional bakery, kitchen, or food production environment preferred

Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment

Ability to work early morning, weekend, shifts as needed

Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire

Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent product quality

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Dependable, team-oriented, and passionate about the craft of baking
