Leasing Specialist: Marketing, Tours & Renewals
Greystar
Greystar is seeking a leasing-focused professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases to drive occupancy and revenue.
Responsibilities include inspecting apartments, coordinating move-in readiness, and implementing marketing plans to sustain occupancy while ensuring resident satisfaction and renewals. Flexibility for evenings/weekends is required.
