Assists Sheet Metal Shop in forming, moving, and organizing metal materials and parts.Responsibilities:Bends and forms metal parts to specificationsOrganizes parts and materialsUses power tools, manual tools, and heavy machinery to form metal. Punch press, Shearing machine, etc.Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.Maintains continuity among working shifts by documenting and communicating actionsQualifications:Previous Manufacturing experience Highly EncouragedPrevious Sheet Metal/Fabrication Experience is PreferredAbility to read and interpret technical documents and drawingsShows initiative and ability to problem solve and trouble shoot problems both independently and as part of a teamMaintain a clean and organized work area and maintain all equipment according to maintenance plans and established proceduresMust be able to work independently with limited supervisionAbility to read and follow instructionsability to work with a teamAbility to lift 50lbsAbility to stand for 8-10 hours a day #J-18808-Ljbffr
