Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Florida Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC required. Experience in inpatient rehabilitation, acute rehab, or outpatient settings preferred. Familiarity with Meditech and NetHealth (ReDoc) documentation systems preferred. Experience with common rehab procedures including evaluations, vestibular and lymphedema follow-up treatments preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Hospital. Unit: Rehab Department supporting Inpatient Rehab Facility (IRF), Acute Rehab, and Outpatient services. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0900-1730. Typical Patient Ratios (estimated): IRF 1:4; Acute 1:12; Outpatient 1:10. Documentation systems used: Meditech (IRF and Acute) and NetHealth/ReDoc (Outpatient). Required to work with rehab equipment; duties include evaluations and follow-up treatments including vestibular and lymphedema care. Dress code: scrubs in gray or black.
