Our integrated healthcare model provides comprehensive musculoskeletal and lower extremity care alongside physical therapy, occupational therapy, pain management, sports medicine, and other specialty services. We are committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes through collaborative, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting. We are looking for a motivated and patient-focused podiatrist to provide high-quality outpatient care for a wide range of foot, ankle, and lower extremity conditions. The ideal candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary medical team to improve patient mobility, function, and overall quality of life. This role also includes participation in a shared call coverage rotation.ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and treat foot, ankle, and lower extremity conditions including sports injuries, diabetic foot care, wound care, biomechanical disordersPerform in-office procedures and minor surgical treatmentsParticipate in shared call coverage rotationDevelop individualized treatment plans focused on pain relief, mobility, and functional improvementEducate patients on preventive care, orthotics, rehabilitation protocols, and treatment optionsCollaborate with physical therapists, pain management providers, sports medicine specialists, and other healthcare professionalsMaintain accurate and compliant clinical documentationParticipate in multidisciplinary case discussions and coordinated care planningSupport practice growth through excellent patient care and community engagementQualificationsDPM degree from an accredited school of podiatric medicineVirginia podiatry licenseAbility to thrive in a collaborative, team-based environmentOutpatient podiatric care and forefoot/rearfoot surgical experience preferredCompensation$175,000–$350,000 annually plus bonus incentive opportunitiesBenefits PackageHealth, dental, vision, and malpractice insurancePaid time off (PTO)CME allowanceLicensing and credentialing supportRetirement plan with employer matchIf you are passionate about delivering exceptional podiatric care and want to join a collaborative, growth-focused medical team, we would love to hear from you.
