What You'll Do

As a  Remote Client Success Specialist , you'll support clients from their initial consultation through enrollment and ongoing service.

  Customer Service & Client Support

Your responsibilities may include:

• Meet with prospective and existing clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

• Connect with individuals and families interested in learning about available benefits

• Listen carefully to client questions, needs, and financial protection priorities

• Provide friendly, professional, and personalized customer service

• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options

• Build relationships through consistent communication and follow-up

• Assist existing clients with applicable policy reviews and updates

• Help with beneficiary-related service requests

• Provide continued support after enrollment

• Maintain accurate digital client records and documentation

• Manage appointments and follow-up activities

• Deliver a positive client experience from beginning to end
