What You'll Be Doing

• Operatehaultruckssafelyandefficientlytotransportmaterialsthroughoutthequarrysite.

• Completepre-operationalinspectionsandpromptlyreportequipmentissues.

• Maintainsafetrafficflowandcompliancewithcompanyandsitesafetyprocedures.

• Collaboratewithteammemberstosupportproductiongoalsandoperationalefficiency.

• Keepequipmentandworkareascleanwhileperformingbasicoperationalmaintenancechecks.

• Demonstratedabilitytosafelyoperateheavyequipmentinaproductionenvironment.

• Abilitytoperformequipmentinspectionsandidentifypotentialmechanicalconcerns.

• Effectivecommunicationandteamworkskillsinafast-pacedenvironment.

• Dependableworkethicwiththecapabilitytoworkindependentlyandadapttochangingoperationalneeds.

Physical Requirements

• Abilitytoclimbstairs,ladders,andaccessmobileequipmentsafelyandregularly.

• Abilitytositforextendedperiodswhileoperatingheavyequipment.

• Abilitytoperformfrequentbending,kneeling,reaching,andwalkingonuneventerrain.

• Abilitytolift,carry,push,andpullmaterialsandequipmentweighingupto50pounds.

• Abilitytoworksafelyinvaryingenvironmentalandweatherconditionswhilemaintainingsituationalawareness.

Conditions of Employment

• Successfulcandidatemustsubmittopost-offerpre-employmentphysicalexamination,drugscreen,andbackgroundcheck.

• SomepositionsrequireFMCSAregulatedongoingdrugandalcoholtesting.

Work Environment

• Roleoperatesprimarilyinenvironmentswheretheconditionsincludemovingmechanicalequipment,inclementweather,heat,cold,humidity,andelevatednoiselevel.
