Pay & Benefits:
- $45$50/hour
- Mileage reimbursement
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 after 60 days; additional $2,000 after 180 days

What You'll Do:
- Manage ventilation patients in a home or clinical setting
- Conduct comprehensive respiratory assessments and evaluations
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot advanced respiratory equipment
- Educate patients and caregivers on ventilation care and equipment use
- Maintain detailed documentation of patient interactions and equipment downloads
- Provide on-call support for urgent patient needs, rotating weekly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
What You Need:
Required:
- Valid RRT or RN license in Massachusetts
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pediatric and/or ALS ventilation experience
- Proficiency with equipment download software (e.g., Care Orchestrator, Astral)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
- Additional experience with home respiratory care
- Advanced technical skills with respiratory equipment
