Work Environment

This position is an onsite role within our home care facility situated in Clearwater, where you will work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, finishing at 5:00 PM. Your work will involve home visits, where you engage directly with patients in their own environments, ensuring personalized care that meets their needs and enhances their overall health.

Key Responsibilities

As a Nurse Practitioner at Gotham Enterprises, you will:

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and review patients’ medical histories to assess their health status.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including lab tests and X-rays, to aid in diagnosis.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for chronic and acute health conditions.
• Prescribe medications in accordance with regulations and patient needs.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, management strategies, and preventative measures.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare team members to enhance patient outcomes and share best practices.
• Promote healthy lifestyle choices within the patient population while engaging in ongoing professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals seeking primary care services, spanning a variety of health profiles from acute illness to chronic disease management. Your ability to build trust and rapport with patients in their homes will be crucial in fostering adherence to treatment plans and promoting health literacy within our community.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid Florida State Nurse Practitioner license.
• A Master’s Degree in Nursing or a related field.
• ANP/FNP certification is required.
• A DEA number is required for prescribing medications.
• Proven clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner, particularly in primary care settings.
• Exceptional communication skills paired with a strong commitment to ethical patient care.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will have experience in one or more of the following specialties: acute care, internal medicine, cardiology, family health, urgent care, or emergency departments. Compensation and Benefits

The Nurse Practitioner will receive a competitive salary ranging from USD 130,000 to 150,000 annually, dependent on experience. Alongside a robust compensation package, we offer an array of benefits including:
