Job Overview Position: 2nd shift Warehouse Supervisor Location: Lebanon, TN Division: Supply Chain Solutions Compensation Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid twice per month Annual Salary: $65,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year, based on experience SalaryRange: Minimum Pay Range: 65,000 | Maximum Pay Range: 70,000 Schedule Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM to 12:00 AM. Employees will be required to work additional hours and days as needed to support business needs. Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision benefits start after 30 days of employment 401(k) Savings Plan with company match Discounted employee stock purchase options Employee discounts on tools, cars, appliances, travel, and more All major holidays paid Paid time off within first year Up to 12 weeks paid maternity leave Responsibilities Under the responsibility of the Manager, the Supervisor Logistics is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and overseeing day‑to‑day logistics operations, providing coaching, development, and training to staff members, and recommending improvements to facility, equipment, machinery, and processes. The supervisor must ensure staff performance meets standards and that progress is achieved toward business objectives. Supervise, coordinate, and oversee day‑to‑day logistics operations Plan and review, in collaboration with the Logistics Manager, all logistics processes to meet company standards and customer service specifications Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities to ensure optimal shift/team logistics Accountable for site Key Performance Indications (KPIs) Work in collaboration with customer in all aspects of operations Meet regularly with team members collectively and individually to monitor progress, track performance, coach and counsel, and recognize successes Cultivate team spirit with a diversity and inclusion initiative and promote cooperation by seeking opportunities to improve internal processes Carry out performance evaluations of team members and recommend performance awards and/or merit increases when appropriate Address performance problems through corrective action and disciplinary processes Understand labor agreements and maintain positive labor relations with all employees Implement health & safety and security initiatives, practices and behaviors and ensure adherence to company rules and policies Provide appropriate orientation for employees and Lead Hands, giving them the information, technology and materials necessary to perform their jobs Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned.
