UX/UI Designer

Job Description:

• We're looking for a Content Designer to join our Experience Design team. In this role you'll help shape product experiences across a variety of digital tools while contributing to the evolution of content design at a global scale.
• This role is ideal for someone who loves the craft of writing, enjoys solving complex product problems, and is excited about where content design is headed next--including the growing role of AI in how we design, create, manage, and govern content.
• You'll be joining a team that's building not just content, but a content design practice.
• Design content that helps people succeed
• You'll work closely with product designers, product managers, researchers, engineers, and other partners to create clear, useful, conversational content throughout the user experience.
• Writing and refining product content across complex digital experiences
• Creating content that helps users understand what's happening, what to do next, and why it matters
• Shaping content strategy alongside interaction and visual design
• Contributing to content patterns, standards, and reusable approaches
• Reviewing and improving experiences through a content design lens
• Help build what comes next

• Help define how content design operates within a large product organization
• Explore new ways AI can support content design workflows and product experiences
• Contribute to content governance, standards, and best practices

• Think globally: You'll help create content that works across dozens of markets, languages, and cultures-not just a single audience. This means thinking beyond English and partnering closely with teams responsible for translation, localization, and global deployment.
• You'll also approach content through an accessibility and inclusive design lens, creating experiences that work for people with a wide range of abilities, needs, and perspectives.
• This role will primarily support restaurant and crew-facing digital products while also contributing across other initiatives as business needs evolve.
• You'll be an active participant in our Content Design Office Hours program and will have opportunities to collaborate across a wide range of teams and products.

Qualifications:

• Strong writing skills
• Exceptional command of the English language who understands how to make content feel natural, conversational, and clear.
• You should be able to:
