ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITIONS:

Serve as the primary interface with customers and internal teams to ensure dimensional requirements are met and maintained. Lead development, launch, and ongoing oversight of dimensional control processes from program launch through series production. Program, operate, and support dimensional measurement systems and metrology equipment (e.g., CMM, Hexagon) to ensure product compliance. Monitor, analyze, and respond to dimensional data from measurement equipment and in‑process sensors, including daily process stability reviews. Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and validation efforts for dimensional issues, ensuring timely closure and repeat issue prevention. Drive dimensional improvement initiatives to meet customer quality targets (PPM, incidents, RMAs) and support FMEA RPN reduction. Coordinate cross‑functional activities, customer engagements, and interdepartmental studies while providing training and technical guidance to teams.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION:

HR Diploma or GED required 2-yeardegreein a technical discipline preferred.

WORK EXPERIENCE/ TECHNICAL TRAINING:

Preferably7-10yearswork related experience, and/or equivalent combination of education andexperience. 2years’ experienceprogrammingZeiss / GOMs Scanning Units 2yearsofinterpretingandrespondingtocoordinatemeasurementreports, both internally and with an automotive OEM Customer. GOMs / Zeiss Programming(Certification Preferred PolyworksInspect Programing(Certification Preferred StatisticalProcessControlManagemen AdvancedProductQualityPlanning(APQP)preferre Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing(GD&T)
