Mammographer Compensation Hourly Rate: $55.00 – $65.50 per hour Location Boston, MA Onsite Position Summary As a Mammographer, you will perform high-quality mammographic imaging in accordance with departmental positioning standards and radiation safety procedures. You will play a critical role in supporting patient care through accurate imaging, while also contributing to quality improvement and quality control initiatives. This position offers a collaborative environment within a well-established health center serving the Boston community. Schedule / Shift Shift details: Tuesday – Friday Hours per week: 36 Key Duties Perform high-quality mammographic imaging following established protocols and safety standards Ensure proper patient positioning and adherence to radiation safety guidelines Participate in quality improvement and quality control activities Maintain accurate documentation and imaging records Collaborate with radiology team members to ensure efficient workflow and patient care Requirements Education Required: Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology Licenses & Certifications Required: ARRT certification in Radiography and Mammography Massachusetts state licensure in good standing CPR certification Skills Strong technical proficiency in radiology and mammography procedures Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills Ability to prioritize tasks and perform in a high-volume environment About Us RCM Healthcare Services works with professionals across schools, healthcare, and community-based settings nationwide.
