Responsibilities of back of house team members:

• Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador by adopting and demonstrating our values and culture at all times.
• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know the tasks of all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembly, prep, and food preparation.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Maintain a hygienic and safe restaurant by mopping, sweeping floors, taking out trash, cleaning, and maintaining equipment.
• Stay up to date with new products launched by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to management.
• Meet all portion sizes, quality standards, health inspection, and third-party standards.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Assemble, clean, and maintain equipment operational: pressure fryer, open fryer, grill, temperature gauge.
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing internal training and staying updated on any changes.
• Complete all assigned opening or closing tasks.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A's rules and dress code at all times.
• Follow Pathway for all procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
