A respected West Texas hospital is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to join its leadership team during an exciting time of transformation. This is a unique opportunity for a proven HR leader to build and lead the HR department from the ground up while participating at the executive level alongside newly appointed hospital leadership. This role will have direct influence on culture, recruitment, retention, and long-term organizational strategy.
