General Manager
$75k - $85k General Manager
Location: Wesley Chapel, FL
Salary: $75K-$85K Base + Quarterly Bonuses ($10K-$25K annually)
We're looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead all aspects of restaurant operations for a successful upscale casual dining concept.
Responsibilities
- Lead front and back of house operations
- Hire, coach and develop managers and staff
- Drive sales and profitability
- Manage labor, food cost and budgets
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Maintain health and safety compliance
- Manage inventory and vendor relationships
- Analyze financial performance and KPIs
- Build a positive team culture
Qualifications
- 5+ years restaurant management experience
- 3+ years in upscale or polished casual dining
- Strong P&L and budget management
- Experience leading high-volume restaurant teams
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Hospitality degree preferred
