Conviva is seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist who is interested in growing with the company and being a part of something great!

The Receptionist receives and correctly routes incoming and outgoing telephone calls and accommodates visitors so that all callers/visitors are attended to promptly, courteously, and accurately. The Receptionist performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. Typically works on routine and patterned assignments.

You will report onsite to the Clinic Administrator at the Conviva Care Center located at: 6182 Dunbarton Oak Dr., Suite B, Corpus Christi, TX 78414.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year or more of experience working in a Healthcare setting preferred, but will consider candidates with a strong Customer Service background in Retail Hospitality, Call Centers, etc.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Value-based care model experience
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Experience with EMR Systems (Electronic Medical Records)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

This role is considered patient-facing and is part of the company's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. Humana values personal identity protection. Please be aware that applicants may be asked to provide their Social Security Number.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Pay Range: $38,000 - $45,800 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
