Estimated annual base pay: $80,000 (minimum) – $104,000 (midpoint) – $128,000 (maximum). Accountable for project results, artifacts (scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, etc.), and governance. Lead project meetings and reviews; oversee project gates and deliverables. Key Skills Leadership (Empathy, Influence, Mentoring): Inspires and motivates teams, resolves conflicts, and fosters collaboration. Time Management / Prioritization: Effectively manages schedules, sets milestones, and ensures timely delivery of project outcomes. Communication: Conveys project information to stakeholders, team members, and sponsors; tailors communication to different audiences. Stakeholder Management (upward): Engages stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives, manages expectations, and balances priorities. Risk Management: Identifies, analyzes, mitigates risks, and develops contingency plans throughout the project lifecycle. Problem-Solving: Analyzes complex situations, identifies solutions, and makes informed decisions, with support from the Program Manager or PMO Leader. Budget Management: Estimates, allocates, and manages project budgets; monitors financial performance. Team Management (cross‑functional/matrix): Builds teamwork, assigns roles, and encourages collaboration. Scope (Change) Management: Adjusts plans for changing circumstances, controls scope to prevent creep, and manages change requests. Technical Project Management Skills (incl. Scheduling): Proficient in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches; uses tools such as Planisware, Jira, etc.; applies WBS and Gantt charts. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in program management or a technical field (preferred), with 2–5 years of relevant experience. Solid knowledge of project management tools, product life cycle, MRP II, and risk mitigation techniques. Strong leadership, communication, and planning skills, including team building, conflict management, and financial analysis. Commitment to Quality (6 Sigma, Lean, continuous improvement) with a customer‑focused mindset.
