Residential Case Manager

As a Residential Manager, youll oversee and support up to 25 Family Home Providers (FHPs) who provide person-centered care to individuals with developmental disabilities. Youll build strong relationships with families, providers, and community partners while ensuring residents receive the highest quality care.

What Youll Do:

• Support Family Home Providers in delivering person-centered care
• Build trusted relationships with residents, families, and guardians
• Conduct regular in-home visits and compliance reviews
• Review documentation, provide coaching, and ensure accuracy
• Collaborate with care teams to adjust service plans as needs change
• Participate in rotating on-call coverage (shared among managers)
• Lead with compassion, accountability, and a commitment to excellence

What Were Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required (some college a plus!)
• 2+ years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic documentation systems
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel locally for visits
• Someone who thrives on teamwork and truly cares about making a difference

Other Requirements:

• Must pass a state background check and meet state compliance standards
