• Respond quickly to qualified mortgage leads and financing opportunities
• Consult with homebuyers to understand their financial goals and homeownership needs

• Deliver an exceptional borrower experience from application through closing Qualifications • Active NMLS Mortgage Loan Officer license required
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Highly coachable, motivated, and eager to learn
• Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency, accountability, and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple mortgage leads and loan opportunities
• Strong follow-up and pipeline management skills
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven, goal-oriented environment
