About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 0700-1530 Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology License: Active RN State License required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Stroke Certification Must-Have: Advanced Dysrhythmia Interpretation EKG Test Description: The Registered Nurse will provide nursing care for patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures. The RN will be responsible for assessing patients, planning care, implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes. The role includes administering medications and monitoring patient progress. Must demonstrate competency in advanced dysrhythmia interpretation and stabilization. The RN will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for optimal patient care. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The position requires participation in departmental education and training programs. Must adhere to all safety and quality standards in the hospital setting. The Registered Nurse must complete all required employee health assessments and certifications before the start of the assignment. Maintaining documentation and compliance with protocols is a key responsibility. The RN will ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and their families.
