CNC Machinist

We are hiring a skilled CNC Setup/Programmer to join our team in Winchester, TN! You will play a critical role in machining standard production parts and custom prototypes.

Key Responsibilities

• Setup multi-axis CNC lathe machines for production runs.

• Develop and optimize G-code programs.

• Interpret blueprints, select cutting tools, and perform precision setup/calibration.

• Perform quality inspections, routine maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting.

• Maintain accurate production documentation and adhere to safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in CNC machining and multi-axis lathe operation.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• strong expertise in G-code, blueprint reading, and precision measurement.

• Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong team-player mindset.

Responsibilities

• standing for 8 hours at one time
• working weekends
