Workday Project Manager (Chicago)

Job Description Our client is undergoing a major HR transformation, migrating from a legacy PeopleSoft application to Workday. The project has been in motion for a year and involves over 100 integration partners and 300 individual integrations. Some external partners are pushing back, and the internal team is relatively new to Workday. This role requires a seasoned Workday expert to help drive the implementation forward, particularly across technical workstreams. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead technical workstream activities focused on data conversion and integrations Maintain and manage trackers to monitor project progress and timelines Coordinate integration efforts with internal and external partners Identify project vulnerabilities and ensure visibility across stakeholders Ensure access to tools and documentation for all involved parties Serve as a Workday SME to guide the team through implementation challenges We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
