As an individual contributor, you will partner closely with hiring leaders to understand business needs, build talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance to start date. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities.In long, as the Corporate Recruiter (Specialist, Talent Acquisition), you will be responsible for:Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and professional rolesBuild and maintain talent pipelines through sourcing and networkingScreen and qualify candidates against role requirementsDrive a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processPartner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategiesCoordinate interviews and manage scheduling logisticsCommunicate interview expectations, timelines, and next stepsMaintain accurate candidate records within the ATSProvide hiring managers with pipeline and recruiting updatesBuild strong relationships with candidates and business partnersSupport employer branding and talent attraction initiativesEnsure compliance with company policies and hiring practicesIdentify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and efficiencySo What Kind of Folks Are We Looking For?Excellent communicator.
