City Cave Fort Lauderdale | Part-time to Full-time

City Cave Fort Lauderdale is hiring Licensed Massage Therapists to meet strong existing guest demand.

We currently have immediate booking opportunities available , particularly for therapists who can work:

• Weekday afternoons into evenings 
• Saturdays 
• Sundays 

At City Cave, we help guests reset, recover, and build consistent wellness routines. We’re looking for therapists who take pride in their craft, deliver experiences guests come back for, and want to grow within a premium, people-first wellness environment.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver personalized, high-quality massage treatments 
• Provide professional consultations and maintain clear SOAP notes 
• Recommend relevant enhancements such as cupping, CBD, salt stones, hot stones, gua sha, and aromatherapy 
• Support rebooking and long-term client relationships 
• Maintain a calm, professional treatment environment 
• Work reliably as part of the wider spa team 

What We’re Looking For

• Current and active Florida Massage Therapist license 
• Strong communication and guest-care skills 
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented 
• Comfortable recommending rebooking and relevant enhancements 
• Availability during our priority shifts 

Compensation and Benefits

• $32 per completed 50-minute session 
• $48 per completed 80-minute session 
• Additional compensation for Deep Tissue 
• Tips, enhancement commissions, retail commission, and eligible performance incentives
