Details Med/Surg unit ranging from 20 to 34 beds depending on unit Typical patient ratio of 1:6 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM Every other weekend required Holiday coverage required if needed Floating to any Med/Surg unit is required 36-hour guaranteed schedule is not available for this assignment Block scheduling is not offered Requirements Active MA RN license required and must be in hand prior to consideration Current BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and NIHSS certifications required and must be in hand prior to consideration Minimum 2 years of current Medical Surgical experience required Telemetry experience required Basic Dysrhythmia course completion strongly required Meditech Expanse experience highly preferred Must have own vehicle for this assignment Skills checklist for Medical Surgical experience, current within 1 year, required One supervisory signed reference from within the past two years required Additional Information Personal scrubs of any color permitted No more than 5 days of RTO accepted for the duration of the assignment All RTO requests must be submitted with initial profile and cannot be added later Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered At least two specific interview date/time availabilities must be provided in advance American Traveler Job ID P-710389.
