Description

This role can be performed by a fresher, as majority of the release management items are automated and the rest is collecting data. The associate that we are looking for should be:

• Good in communication
• Good eye to catch defects
• Process oriented
• Good to have knowledge in any change management system

Duties in Release Management

1. Review the objects/Prod list to see if they are the right items

2. Need to deploy code to production and verify if the prod move is successful since majority of the moves are done through automated scripts

Duties in Audit Process

1. Communicate with multiple teams and collect artifacts that are required for SAS70 and HIPAA audit

2. Maintaining the audit checklist and ensuring all data is available on a weekly/monthly basis.
