Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for a PCU position on the internal float pool, requiring an active GA or Compact RN license and 18 months of experience.

• Hospital-based internal float pool assignment
• PCU/Telemetry patient population
• 12-hour AM shift schedule
• 13-week contract length
• No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

• Active RN license (Georgia or Compact) currently in hand
• Minimum 18 months of RN experience required

Additional Information

• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not permitted
• Former Emory or Houston permanent staff must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
• RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days if not falling on or near a holiday, or 3 days if it does
• Only one holiday RTO request is allowed, and RTO days during holiday periods must be spread out rather than consecutive
