Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU (Nights) Job Type: Full‑Time | Nights Schedule: 3x12's 7:00PM‑7:00AM Location: Benton, Arkansas (Saline Memorial Hospital) Responsibilities Perform duties as assigned and requested. Complete focused patient assessments and reassessments based on patient condition, procedures, medications, and treatments. Adequately assess and reassess pain; utilize appropriate pain management techniques. Provide patient care and communicate effectively with patients of all ages and with specific needs. Demonstrate knowledge of medications and ensure correct administration following the six rights to minimize medication errors. Assist physicians with procedures and provide services requiring technical and manual skills. Perform treatments and deliver care within licensure scope. Ensure patient safety by performing all aspects of care in an environment that reduces the likelihood of errors. Operate and manage equipment safely and correctly. Educate patients and families on disease processes and recovery expectations. Participate in performance improvement and continuing education. Provide quality patient care and work flexible shifts/units as needed. Maintain regular and reliable attendance. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Current state RN license. Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire. ACLS and PALS certification required within six months of hire.
