This leadership role ensures that all rehabilitation programs meet clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and patient-centered goals while fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and implement departmental goals, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational objectives. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes. Team Management Train and supervise rehabilitation staff including therapists and support personnel. Provide mentorship to promote professional growth. Clinical Oversight Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including CMS and HIPAA. Maintain high standards of patient care through evidence-based practices and continuous quality improvement. Interdisciplinary Collaboration Coordinate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and execute individualized care plans. Serve as a liaison between rehabilitation services and other departments. Program Development Introduce innovative therapies and technologies to enhance patient recovery. Lead community outreach and education initiatives related to rehabilitation services. Qualifications Current state licensure in respective discipline. Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. Strong knowledge of rehabilitation principles, healthcare regulations, and reimbursement models. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Licensed PT, OT, SLP, PTA, or COTA/OTA. Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience in long-term care. Leadership and supervisory experience strongly preferred. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent problem-solving and organizational ability. Ability to manage compliance and productivity metrics. Physical Requirements Combination of clinical and administrative duties. Ability to perform occasional resident assessments and treatment as needed. Sit, stand, and move between therapy areas and resident rooms. Lift/carry up to 25 lbs; occasional assistance with transfers if providing direct care. #J-18808-Ljbffr
