Desired Qualifications & Skills:

• Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathology license for Missouri (or eligibility to obtain)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are welcome
• Experience working with school-aged children is highly desirable
• Skilled in assessment, diagnosis, and development of individualized treatment plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports for each student
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
• Deliver both direct and consultative speech-language services as required
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and recommendations as a valued team member
• Stay current with best practices and ongoing professional development
