Job Summary

Are you a reliable, hardworking individual looking for a great manufacturing opportunity? We’re looking for a Machine Operator to join our team in Grand Haven, MI! This is a hands-on production role that combines basic machine operation with general labor responsibilities to help keep production running safely and efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:

• Operating and assisting with production machinery as assigned
• Loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the work area
• Performing general labor and production support duties
• Lifting and handling materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Following work instructions, safety procedures, and production standards
• Remaining on your feet and active for extended periods of time

What We're Looking For

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and remain active for long periods of time
• Willingness to learn machine operation and various production tasks

Skills:

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help in different areas
