Working out of our community based care facility, the Med Tech is responsible for administering medications to our residents in accordance with the established policies and procedures as directed by the supervisor. Sapphire will provide the training and resources to keep our employees engaged and maintain top quality care.

Responsibilities include providing residents with routine daily nursing care and services, administering medications as ordered and in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility policies and procedures, seeking licensed staff assistance as needed, following the plan of care and charting all appropriate documentation, maintaining patient confidentiality, communicating both orally and written with staff, residents, family members, etc., and fostering a supportive, compassionate environment for our residents and their families. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements include NAC/CNA or NAR or HCA required and must be 18 years of age.
