What You'll Do as a Shipping Associate (Loader/Unloader):

• Track and record incoming food products from production accurately
• Pick and prepare orders for outbound shipments based on daily schedules
• Safely move stacked plastic crates of food products using a hand truck, ensuring trailers are loaded and unloaded efficiently
• Move materials and equipment throughout the facility to support operations
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe shipping and storage areas
• Perform inventory counts and ensure product accuracy
• Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace guidelines
• Support team operations with additional tasks as needed

Skills and Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

• At least 6 months of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse work
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions and safety procedures
• Comfortable working in a physically active role with frequent lifting and movement
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly and move heavier wheeled equipment as needed
• Strong attention to detail when handling inventory and orders
• Dependable attendance and flexibility to work overtime
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to safety and quality standards
