Senior Vice President, Financial Due Diligence

As a full-time Senior Vice President within our growing Transaction Advisory practice, this role makes a direct impact on high‑stakes transaction outcomes. What You’ll Do Supervise analysts and associates to ensure efficient project execution. Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities, managing multiple projects and administrative tasks simultaneously. Identify key risks and potential deal breakers during the due diligence process. Analyze detailed financial statement information, including income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, and operational data. Synthesize data and information into meaningful observations and conclusions. Produce comprehensive due diligence reports to organize and communicate findings. Lead due diligence calls and meetings with client and target company management. Review audit workpapers to understand critical accounting policies and procedures. Provide insights to purchase agreements and other deal documents. Participate in business development including client pursuits and proposals. Assist in hiring and training analysts and associates. What You Bring Proficient knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting standards. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Education and Training Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or a related major. Minimum 7 years of experience in audit and/or financial accounting due diligence, with at least 1 year in due diligence. Big Four experience preferred. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential.
